Ingredients of Dalgona chocolate cake

  1. Prepare 3/4 cup of Wheat flour.
  2. You need 2 tbsp of Cornflour.
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of Cocoa powder.
  4. You need 1/2 spoon of Baking soda.
  5. It's 1 spoon of Baking powder.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Fine semolina.
  7. It's 1/4 cup of Oil.
  8. It's 1/4 cup of Milk.
  9. It's 1/4 cup of Curd.
  10. Prepare 1 cup of jaggery powder.
  11. You need 1 spoon of Vanilla essence.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar.
  13. It's of Dalgona cream.
  14. Prepare 3/4 cup of Water.
  15. You need 3/4 cup of Jaggery.
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp of Instant coffee powder.

Dalgona is a Korean Sponge Candy that also goes by Honeycomb Toffee, Sea Foam candy. Sugar, baking soda and heat is all you need to make this crispy and light sweet candy. Dalgona chocolate cake step by step

  1. Take Dry ingredients (wheat flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder) and sieve them and add fine semolina and mix,keep aside.
  2. Take one vessel, add oil, milk,curd, vanilla essence and mix well. Add jaggery powder and mix.
  3. Add dry ingredients mix and mix nicely. Add apple cider vinegar and mix, cake batter is ready..
  4. Grease oil & place butter Paper. pour cake batter,tap two times. Bake for 20 minutes in 180% pre heated oven..
  5. Remove butter paper,and let it cool..
  6. Prepare jaggery syrup by heating water and jaggery. And mix with coffee powder. Continuously blend on electrical blender, dalgona cream is ready..
  7. Take cake base,pour some dalgona cream,& spread,place the cake. Poke some hopes with fork & pour jaggery syroup over the cake..
  8. Spread the dalgona cream on it & decorate with coho chips, dryfruits. Cool it in fridge an hour.
