  7. You need 1 cup of flour.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of baking powder.
  9. It's 250 ml of fresh cream.
  10. It's of Cadbury Chocolate (I used 300g).
  11. You need of Nestle tin cream.

  1. Whisk oil, water, cocoa powder and castor sugar for 2 minutes..
  2. Add in 4 egg yolks..
  3. Whip up egg whites till stiff with 1/2 tsp baking powder..
  4. Fold in egg whites into batter..
  5. Bake at 180° till done. Cut cake in half (across)..
  6. Whip up fresh cream till soft peaks form. Sweeten if desired..
  7. Spread whipped cream between cakes..
  8. Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Once melted remove from heat and whisk in little Nestle tin cream at a time till desired consistency..note that the more cream you add the thinner the ganache..
  9. Pour over cake...decorate as desired. I made 1/2 wholenut and 1/2 choc-mint..
