Ingredients of Chocolate Land Cake
- You need 250 g of butter.
- Prepare 2 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 of cap vanilla esscense.
- You need 3 of eggs.
- Prepare 3 cups of self rising flour.
- You need of Milk.
- You need of Pink & blue food colouring.
- It's of Flavouring of your choice (i used Orange flavouring).
- You need of For the icing:.
- Prepare of Butter.
- It's of Icing sugar.
- You need of (Above quantities depends on how much you want to ice the cake).
- You need of Decorating:.
- You need of Chocolates and more chocolates.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
Chocolate Land Cake step by step
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffly. Add in vanilla esscense. Add in one egg at a time and beat alternatively.
- Sift the flour and create a well in the centre. Pour in the mixture.
- Add in the flavouring. Separate mixture in half. Add blue colouring to one half and bake till skewer comes out clean. The next half add pink colouring and bake till skewer comes out clean.
- For the icing cream the butter and sugar and set aside..
- Then mix pink colouring into the plain icing sugar and then cream with butter to create the pink icing. Place it in a plastic bag.
- Ice one layer of cake with pink icing and place the other layer on top. Ice the top of the cake with the white icing. Place in fridge.
- Add chocolate pieces to boiling milk and melt. Once cool pour on top of cake. Place in fridge.
- Decorate top of cake with different chocolates. I used chocolate moulds also. You can create designs by using lunch paper.. create designs on it with melted chocolate place in fridge then peel out and place on cake.
