- It's 250 grams of maida.
- It's 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Baking soda.
- It's 1 cup of powdered Sugar.
- Prepare 3 of Egg.
- It's 80 grms of Butter.
- Prepare 1 cup of cocoa powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- You need 1 cup of milk.
- You need of For ganache.
- You need 1/3 cup of fresh cream.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of dark compound chocolate.
- You need 3-4 tbsp of milk.
- You need 1 tsp of butter.
- It's of Chopped nuts.
Chocolate Cake instructions
- Take a bowl and put butter(at room temperature) and powdered sugar and beat with hand beater or with hand whisk for 1 to 2 mins it gets fluffy then add egg and vanilla essence and beat again for 1 mins..
- Sieve maida+cocoa powder + baking powder +baking soda and add to the bowl in butter and mix it.then add milk and beat it for few seconds..
- Now pour in greased baking mould I used round baking tin and bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 40 to 45 mins.dip toothpick in middle if it comes clean it means cake is ready if not then bake for more 5 mins..
- Remove from mould and let it cool completely..
- Heat fresh cream in a non stick pan and then pour in chocolate bowl and immediately mix it fastly untill chocolate gets melt now add milk and butter and mix it very well and then pour on cake.put chopped nuts of your choice on top..
- Cut into piece and serve..
